About Mapleoak Coaching

Mapleoak Coaching opened in 2015 to offer career coaching for creatives with transparent pacing and local craft standards.

• The studio in Bologna grew from small weekend sessions into weekday appointments with a steady team roster.
• Visitors meet the same people at intake and pickup — the Mapleoak Coaching team stays small on purpose; write [email protected] anytime.
• We measure success by clarity of process: intake notes, sample boards, and aftercare that clients can follow at home.

Collaborations stay small on purpose so instruction quality stays high and tools remain in good condition.

You can reach us through mapleoak.lol or [email protected] for scheduling questions before your first visit.

• Most the studio start with a short written brief at Mapleoak while Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00 remains the reliable window for replies. Bring reference photos when they help Desk near Via dell'Indipendenza 58.
• Written care notes follow every career coaching for creatives handoff here and returning-client notes stay attached to your ticket. Country context: Italy.
• If you only need a quick career coaching for creatives check, say so during the studio without silent add-ons — changes need a written OK. Plain English intake — no generator jargon on the ticket.
